Julie-Anne Paulette Peterson died on April 26, 2012 at the age of 37. Julie-Anne was born in Riverside, California at the Parkview Hospital.
Julie-Anne made her home in Montague. She worked at EZ Lite Logs and the Mt. Shasta Opportunity Center. She loved the Montague City Park, Montague Library where she could be found reading to her dolls, and visiting Cortright’s Market; she really loved Frank and all those who worked for him. She enjoyed hanging out with them.
We know she was warmly welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus as she faithfully attended the United Methodist Church in Montague, and the Montague Bible Fellowship. She will not be a stranger when she knocks on the gates of heaven, they will be widely open to her.
Julie-Anne loved her dog Taz and her family. Julie-Anne leaves behind her mother, Lucile Peterson of Montague; her dad, Keith Peterson of Redding; her sister and family, Beverly Muelrath (Trevor) Cali and Luke of Lake Shastina; her brother, Michael Peterson of Redding; her brother and family, Mark Peterson (Kim) Ashley, Amanda, and Jonathon of Montague; her brother and family, Paul Peterson (Melina) Jonathon, Paul Jr., and Noah of Georgia; and her grandmother, Lucienne Burton of England. She leaves many other relatives and friends that were dear to her heart.
Julie-Anne always told people to “Be Nice” and was always a perfect example of what it meant to “Be Nice” to everyone. Julie-Anne loved everyone she came in contact with, and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
A Celebration of her life will be held on May 20th at the Montague Community Hall at 2:00 PM. Pastor Joe Morgan of the United Methodist Church in Montague will be officiating. Everyone is invited to attend and celebrate her life.
